it is common knowledge that you should gets some daily exercise. Exercising has many well known health benfits as it helps to manage your weight, keep your heart and cardiovascular system in shape, among many other things, but it may come to you as a surprise that exercising has been shown to treat neck pain better than medication. In this recent study, 272 patients with neck pain were tracked by the National Institute of Health, the pain of the patients was being treated with three different treatments. Some were taking medication, others were exercising, and the rest visited their chiropractor.
And after twelve weeks the groups who experience the most pain relief who those who exercised or were treated by their chiropractor. The patients that were treated by their chiropractor reported the most relief. For the full article go here.
